Martin Freeman and Danny Dyer will be talking about their upcoming play The Dumb Waiter on BBC Radio 2 next Saturday January 19 at 8am UK Time.
Martin took part in a radio drama called GK Chesterton – The Club of Queer Trades on BBC 4 back in 2005.
It’s now back on the same Radio. It’s a 6 parts radio drama which you can listen to on the iplayer. Remember that the programmes only last for less than a month.

Great news comes by the way of the prestigious Berlin Film Festival. On a recent press release it was informed that The Operative – starring Martin Freeman and Diana Kruger – will have its World Premiere at Berlinale (Berlin Film Festival).
From their press release published on their website, it was informed that while they will be screening it, it’s going to be out of competition.
The Festival runs from February 7th until February 17th. The complete programme will be published officially on January 29 so we will know the date in which the World Premiere will take place on that day.
It’s important to remember that during those dates, Martin will be doing his play “The Dumb Waiter” for Pinter at the Pinter, in London so it’s possible that he might not be attending although no official confirmation has been released.
A couple of new promotional pictures of Martin Freeman (and other cast members from the Pinter at the Pinter production) were released by the photographer. We’ve uploaded them to our “Promotional pictures” album in our gallery so you should check them out here.
The Hollywood Reporter announced that Martin’s spy thriller which he co-stars with Diane Kruger will be screened as the World Premiere in Berlin Festival this year, albeit out of competition.
There’s still no information about the schedule which we will post as soon as it’s available.
